We are beyond excited to add Walter to our family. I have sent a check directly from my bank for the remaining balance. It should be in your hands on the 18th according to the bank. I want to compliment you on your great communication with buyers. Your contract is one of the best I have seen. After practicing veterinary medicine for 40 years I have seen some pretty awful contracts – I even kept a file to share with my vet students teaching how to look for red flags and flaws.
