All of these AKC Champions were either bred by us at Sandyhill Basset Hounds or are part of our current breeding program. Many of these AKC Champion Basset Hounds can be found in our pedigrees today, serving their part as our foundation breeding stock.
We at Sandyhill want to recognize and say thank you to Matt Hess who has handled our show dogs over the years. Matt and I have shared many thoughts and he has helped me grow and stretch in this endeavor of establishing correct conformation in our basset lines. Our show puppies go to live with Matt for a few months while showing. Matt is a professional, hard working young handler. I highly recommend him to anyone.
